Service Definitions

Our Solutions

SkyWeb solutions are custom engineered to fit the individual needs and layout of each property. Below are the definitions of services covered under our agreements.

Wi-Fi Networks

SkyWeb’s Wi-Fi Networks utilize Dual Band radios to create a distributed antenna system throughout the property. The antennas interconnect wirelessly through a point-to-multi-point network to ensure adequate signal coverage, eliminating dead spots. Custom engineered for each property's layout.

SkyShape Technology

Our proprietary traffic optimization software acts as the 'think engine' of the network. It makes thousands of decisions a second to keep traffic moving seamlessly, potentially saving up to 10x bandwidth and resulting in higher network speeds.

Managed Solution

A comprehensive approach handling all aspects of network management including 24-hour monitoring, regular firmware/software updates, and technical support. Includes equipment warranty and low-cost deductibles for non-warranty repairs.

Revenue Generation

Opportunities to generate income via Pay Portals. Parks can establish daily, weekly, or seasonal packages. SkyWeb can manage the payment site, offer customer service, and issue quarterly payouts. *See Income Analysis for details.*

LTE Fixed Wireless

An alternative for long-term residents (Mobile Homes, RV Resorts). Utilizes base stations and wireless modems to distribute signal without trenching cable. Modems connect wirelessly to base stations and can be rented or purchased by end users.

Camera & TV Solutions

Security: Wireless IP cameras piggybacking on the Wi-Fi network with NVR and remote monitoring. TV: Turnkey installation of hardware for TV distribution, utilizing existing or new cabling infrastructure.

Terms & Conditions

Operational Agreement

Essential guidelines regarding maintenance, payments, warranties, and business conduct.

Maintenance & Licensing

  • Agreement requires SkyWeb's Standard Maintenance & Licensing contract.
  • Includes cloud-based servers, call center support for client/staff, equipment/software updates, and onsite maintenance visits (billed at reasonable rates).
  • Secures licensing for SkyShape Traffic Optimization Software (valued at $9,595).
  • Failure to renew results in removal of software, directly affecting system efficiency.

Invoicing & Payment

  • 50% deposit due on signing; 50% due on completion.
  • Undisputed amounts due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
  • Customer liable for pre-approved travel expenses (T&E) and applicable taxes.
  • SkyWeb reserves the right to withhold Pay Portal proceeds for past due balances.

Warranty & Coverage

  • 1-Year Warranty on equipment and workmanship due to manufacturing faults.
  • Exclusions: RF interference, ISP failure, vandalism, weather events (tornados, floods), and non-compliance with Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Onsite labor billed at $150/hr per technician + travel/lodging expenses.
  • Service call fee: $500 per site visit.
  • Optional Premium Protection available to eliminate equipment deductibles.

Pay Portal & Support

  • Access Fee charged based on net revenue generated by the Pay Portal.
  • Proceeds distributed approx. 45 days after each quarter.
  • Unestablished rates default to $0.17 per device daily limit.
  • End User Call Center Support available as an add-on (7 days a week, 8am-12am EST).

Business Conduct

SkyWeb employees and subcontractors shall obey all reasonable instructions, security procedures, and policies while on Customer premises. We commit to respecting existing tenants, maintaining professional conduct, and keeping premises free from waste materials.

At project completion, all SkyWeb tools, equipment, and surplus materials will be removed.

Termination Policy

SkyWeb reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason via written notice.

*Note: Failure to renew Maintenance & Licensing Agreements results in the removal of SkyShape software.
